How To Use FTP Account for Faster File Transfer

We know that FTP means File Transfer Protocol and we can easily download images from any specific server to our computer and upload images from our computer to server using a FTP application like FileZilla, Fetch or Cyberduc. Among all the FTP application FileZilla is the best according to our working experience so we firmly suggest to use FileZilla which is an open source FTP client. It’s a fast, being able to handle simultaneous transmissions (multi-threaded transfers), and supports SFTP and FTPS (which stands for FTP over SSL). So we are describing here how to use Expert Graphic International’s FTP account via Filezilla-

Step 1

Just download the “Filezilla” application from your preferred software platform which is totally free. You can also download the software from here.

Step 2

Install the software in your computer which is very easy and launch the application to use it.

Step 3

After launching the application, you need to input some data in the “Filezilla” application to connect the server which we called FTP credentials. For your easy reference please see the credentials which you have to input to the respective fields of “Filezilla” application.


  • Host
  • User ID
  • Password
  • Port

Step 4

After inputting the above mentioned credentials just click on the “Quick Connect” button and your connection will be established successfully within few seconds.

Step 5

To download images from server, just select the folder or images of the right panel of “Filezilla” and then click on the right button of your mouse and then select download. Don’t forget to specify the destination folder of your computer using left panel of “Filezilla”. You can upload the images from your computer to server using the reverse way of download images from server.
