Expert Graphic International takes advance payment for each new customers. For the corporate customers it has after delivery, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payment system which is subject to a mutual agreement. We accept payment via PayPal, MasterCard, Visa card, American Express and credits cards supported by PayPal.

Expert Graphic International is committed to provide the highest quality work to customers. In some cases of subjective matter, if you are not satisfied with the result of your images we are ready to make reasonable corrections within your work order instructions. If our provided images follow the same standard of the approved sample image or if you are unable to provide us a proven reason for dissatisfaction, no refund will be provided.

Expert Graphic International (EGI) provides two to three images as a Free Trial for new clients to judge the quality. To avail this facility you must need a company website and email from an official company domain. Some services like personal work, logo design, image restoration, complex vector conversion and so on which needs more than two hours’ time to complete are not fall under our Free Trial service. By sending us a Free Trial or Free Test request you are confirming to us that we can use these completed images in our website or any of our marketing purposes with or without letting you know. If you have any restriction about using your images for our marketing purpose then please give us instruction while sending us the Free Trial request. 

Expert Graphic International has its own “Privacy Policy” which you can view from its privacy policy section and we strongly suggest you to read the “Privacy Policy”. Additionally, by using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or 100% secure even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission is encrypted.

We normally keep backups two weeks for raw images that we receive from customers and we keep backups one month for completed images that we sent to customers. After that our system delete the old images automatically and take the new images.

Expert Graphic International (EGI) will try its level best to keep the site operational but due to certain technical difficulties or maintenance it may result in temporary interruption. To the extent admissible under applicable law, Expert Graphic International (EGI) reserves the right to change, add or modify, discontinue temporarily or permanently its features and functions with or without any notice.
